Last updated: April 11, 2026. This policy describes the Tradelo AI website (https://www.tradelo.in) and the Tradelo AI Chrome extension. It is written to align with disclosures you may make in the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated in connection with the domain above. For questions about this policy, use the Contact page on the website.
2. What the extension and site do
Tradelo AI provides on-page analysis overlays and related tools on supported third-party chart and broker sites. Subscriptions and payments are completed on this website through our payment provider; the extension does not collect or store payment card numbers.
3. Data we process
Website. If you create an account, subscribe, or contact us, we may process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and payment-related metadata handled by our payment processor (for example subscription status and transaction references—not full card data stored on our servers in place of the processor).
Extension (local). The extension stores preferences and operational data in
chrome.storage (sync and local), such as UI language, voice settings, trial timestamps, subscription sync fields (including the email address you enter to match your web subscription), cached entitlement summary, and optional exported analytics datasets when you use export features. This data stays on your device unless you sync it via Chrome except as described below.Extension (network). To generate signals, the extension reads page context (such as symbol and chart-related information) on supported sites you open and requests market, news, and related data from the hosts declared in the extension manifest (for example brokers, chart platforms, exchanges, and news or data endpoints). When you sign in and sync subscription, the extension calls our site to verify subscription status; that request includes your account email (no SMS or extension sign-in codes in this build).
Server logs. Like most web services, our servers may log technical data such as IP address, user agent, and request paths for security and reliability.
4. Remote code
The Tradelo AI extension executes JavaScript and assets that are packaged with the extension. It does not load or execute arbitrary remote JavaScript or WebAssembly for extension logic. Network responses (JSON, HTML feeds, etc.) are used as data, not as downloaded executable extension code.
5. Legal bases and use
We use this information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate subscription access, send transactional emails (such as email verification codes at checkout, receipts, and account-related notices) when enabled, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this data for credit scoring or lending decisions.
6. Third parties
Payment processing is handled by a third-party checkout provider. Email delivery may use an SMTP provider. Chart and market data come from the third-party sites and APIs the extension is designed to work with. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those services.
7. Retention and security
Account and subscription records are retained as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request account-related assistance through the website. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
You can remove extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage in Chrome. You can sign out of the extension session from the extension popup where provided. Website account controls are available through the account and auth pages on this site.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
